研究新的血管生物标记物(内皮祖细胞/内皮微颗粒)数量和功能与各种动脉粥样硬化疾病传统危险因素以及多种评价血管功能结构指标(IMT、FMD、PWV、ABI、AI、C1、C2)的关系,探讨内皮祖细胞/内皮微颗粒在动脉粥样硬化疾病发生、发展中的变化规律。在上述基础上,研究内皮祖细胞和运动与植物药调动EPCs 修复早期动脉粥样硬化血管损伤的可行性和疗效,并探讨其细胞分子生物学基础。

Research about the relation of new vascular biomarkers (endothelial progenitor cells / endothelial microparticles) numbers and function with various risk factors for atheroclerotic diseases and markers of vascular structure and function ( IMT, FMD, PMV, ABI, AI, C1, C2). The changing patterns of endothelial progenitor cells / endothelial microparticles in the pathogenesis and progression of atherosclerotic diseases can be also investigated. On the basis of the above-mentioned research, investigations about endothelial progenitor cells’ motility, and the feasibility and effectiveness of exercise training and herbal medicine modulating EPCs in the repair of vascular injury in early atherosclerosis can be initiated. In addition, insights about its molecular biology can be established.

The main task for post-doctorate research is try to investigate the therapeutic effects to the injuries of endometrial morphology, function and its receptivity after UAE, by the implantation of BMSCs through uterine artery combining with the venous injection of Lipo-PGE1. The aim of our research is to explore an effective therapeutic approach to prevent and relieve the injury to female fertility from UAE treament.

(1) to characterize the receptors of the autoaggressive T-cell clones that are responsible for AA development. We will use new techniques that permit the isolation of CD8+ T-cell and characterization of their T cell receptor (TCR) chain directly in affected human skin with AA lesions. Identification of TCRs and AA-specific autoantigen(s) will be a basis for specific immunotherapy for AA and may serve as prognostic biomarker(s).
(2) to determine the linkage between cytokine, apoptosis factor and regression of HF.
